When you book, you are hiring the pool for a fun swim. Please be aware that you are hiring the pool for yourself and your dogs, and there will NOT be a hydrotherapist/lifeguard on duty with you.

All dogs over the age of 4 months are welcome; however please ensure that they are fully vaccinated. We also encourage owners to have pet health insurance.

Owners swim with their dogs at their own risk. Please be aware that access into the pool for humans is via a swimming pool ladder.

Children over the age of 13 are welcome to join but must be able swim and stand in 1.1m of water, and they must be accompanied by an adult in the water.

Sessions are fun swims where you and your dog can splash and play, a vet consent form is not required, however if you have any concerns about your dogs health please consult your vet before booking. 

Whilst every care is taken to ensure the safety of dogs attending sessions, all dogs are still the full responsibility of the owner. Please ensure they are kept on lead at all times unless on the splash deck or in the pool.

We have a limit of 4 dogs per session. Larger dogs especially may have to take turns on the splash deck to prevent overcrowding on the ramp into the water - this will make the sessions much more enjoyable though!

Due to water intoxication, we encourage owners who use the pool to bring floating toys ONLY, and to ensure all dogs have time to get out of the pool to relax. To find out more about this click here

Paws In The Pool reserves the right to use photos and video footage taken during sessions or on the premises.

Please do not feed your dog for at least 2 hours prior to the swim session and ensure they have been to the toilet before arrival. We encourage you to arrive 10 minutes early so you can walk your dog in the designated area. 

Toilet incidents in the pool are rare but do happen from time to time. These can lead to the pool having to close for deep cleaning. Bookings will be contacted as early as possible to rearrange their session if this should happen. If your dog goes to the toilet, or vomits in the pool, this may result in a charge invoice being sent to you. The cost will reflect the amount of cleaning required and the cost of appointments lost, due to cancellation.

Any fouling on site must be cleaned up by the owner, and brought to the staff's attention (please ask if you need a bag).

Dogs must be clean when attending swim sessions.

Paws In The Pool reserves the right to refuse entrance to sessions to any dog (and human).

When visiting, all persons are to be aware that there are some uneven surfaces and are strongly advised to wear sensible shoes with non-slip soles, as the floor can become very wet during swimming sessions.

Paws In The Pool cannot be held responsible for any loss or injury to any person, dog or personal property whilst on the premises.

Vehicles and contents are parked at owner’s own risk.  

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged full fee. This includes wanting to rebook sessions with less than 24hrs notice. 

Any late arrivals will lose time out of their session. The session will still be charged at full price.

We operate a zero tolerance policy to abusive, aggressive or disrespectful behaviour towards staff. Such behaviour will result in refusal of service and further business. 

If you miss you session for any reason not attributable to us, this includes unforeseen circumstances, the full session will still be charged. If Paws In The Pool are made aware of ongoing incidents that may delay clients, we will do our best to inform you of this. However, it remains the client's responsibility to arrive on time for their session.
